I want to buy a garment whose price is listed in $ and € but it says the seller can't send it..?.. to France.. I'm being asked to change my address..?..
and to give you the amount of the shipping costs for delivery...
He may ask you to cancel this purchase request, so he can relist it with international shipping charges so that you can make your purchase properly......

Contact the seller to ask if he would agree to ship to France for you and if his answer is yes....
- tell him to put your username on this list---------> https://www.ebay.fr/bmgt/ExemptBuyers?
and to give you the amount of the shipping costs for delivery...
He may ask you to cancel this purchase request, so he can relist it with international shipping charges so that you can make your purchase properly......
