Hello, I have a question about the 'vacation' pause so as not to receive orders... Indeed, I am on vacation and I specified this in my eBay profile with the exact dates. It says that an automatic message is provided to potential buyers... However, I just took a look at my profile (I am still on vacation) and what a nasty surprise: I have several orders in ''late delivery'' !!!??? Moreover, I have messages from buyers who are getting impatient! Does eBay really pass on the message that we are not available?
I replied to the buyers by message, but well, it's a shame to see that some have paid and that I can't deliver them on time... Helpppp !
