Tracking number validation

I requested a refund. I sent the package back, then I entered the tracking number as requested.
However, this number, which I have already entered twice, does not seem to have been taken into account by eBay. The site does not reject the number, but it does not explicitly indicate that it has been accepted.
Today, I reached the shipping deadline and I am being asked to send the package even though it has already arrived and I therefore entered the same shipping label number twice.
Will it still be taken into account anyway? Will I get my money back?
