validate a received order
hello
I validated a transaction with a buyer.
the parcel was sent via Mondial Relay (without going through the site because I couldn’t manage it)
the parcel was received by the buyer, but it’s impossible to validate the transaction even though the
buyer clearly tells me that he received the parcel.
How do I do this

"impossible de valider la transaction" = there is no action that lets you validate the delivery; the "delivered" status is filled in automatically based on tracking (but often with delays).
So all that's left is to wait.

yes I specified the tracking number as well as the Mondial Relay carrier

Without tracking, the payment will be made much later if the buyer does not report any problem beforehand.
