Seller with 2 usernames with 100% positive ratings on both usernames, despite 22 negative ratings.
Summary: dieselele72 expresses concerns about a seller on eBay who has two accounts and 22 negative feedback ratings, yet still shows a 100% positive feedback score. After contacting eBay customer service about this and being promised a response, dieselele72 is disappointed by the lack of follow-up, despite follow-ups. koalagris explains that negative ratings older than a year are no longer taken into account in the percentage, which explains the positive score, but is surprised that customer service wasn't able to provide that explanation.
Hello.
A seller with two usernames, with sales of 2,167 items, has received 22 negative ratings.
Despite this, he has 100% positive ratings on both usernames. I informed eBay on April 4
that this seemed strange to me...“they” thanked me for asking the question, ...“they” assured me I would get
a response....but nothing is coming, despite reminders to eBay. And the seller is still at 100%
positive on both usernames. Does that seem normal to you? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Yes, those negative ratings are more than a year old....🙁
So, is it normal that it's at 100% positive?

(click the "i" next to the percentage on the detailed ratings profile, the calculation method is explained perfectly, as well as the period taken into account)
