OP2 years agoThanks but when I enter either the order number or the item number, the site tells me it can’t find it! And it’s impossible to contact eBay by email, I’m so disappointed because it was a Lego for my little granddaughter !

Mentor2 years ago"cannot reach eBay" = Contact links at the very bottom of the 2 help pages posted earlier, by phone ("ask us to call you", 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
If you have a tracking number, you can also check with the carrier...
