Hello, I had a very negative experience a few days ago. I won a video game at auction, paid for my purchase, and a few minutes later, the seller canceled the transaction claiming that he didn’t know the item had been listed for sale (according to him, he was on vacation and the video game in question was listed by mistake, without his knowledge, even though it had already been sold). It was obvious that the real reason for the cancellation was something else, namely that he was not satisfied with the final price (around 165 Euros). He relisted exactly the same item on a competing site (**bleep**) in the following minutes, at a price of 299 Euros. I left him negative feedback as a result, but I regret to see that he was able to have my negative feedback removed from his account (there is no longer any trace of this negative feedback, even though it was perfectly justified under the circumstances). Is there anything that can be done in a case like this? I find it particularly problematic that dishonest sellers can have their negative feedback removed in such blatant cases of not respecting the rules on their part.
