Seller cancels an order under false pretenses
Hello,
A seller canceled a paid order on the pretext that "the buyer's delivery address was incorrect" (NB a pickup point)
Yet just before canceling it, he told me he had packed the product and was about to (one week after placing the order) hand it over for delivery.
Is this normal? Aren't we both bound by a "sales contract"?
Kind regards

The seller can cancel the sale; you won't be able to force them to ship.
It's up to them to initiate the refund; otherwise:

Mentor2 years agoHello
That's not normal, but unfortunately, nobody can force a seller to honor the sale, just as nobody can force a buyer to pay for their purchase..
