Seller: broken item received by the buyer
Summary: delicatessence sold a dish in uranium glass that arrived broken at the buyer's place. However, the buyer reported to eBay that the item was not delivered, which is not true. delicatessence is looking for advice on the procedure to follow to avoid having their funds wrongly blocked. koalagris replied by pointing out that there is already a similar topic on the eBay community.
I sold a uranium glass dish. The item arrived broken to the buyer, as shown by the message he sent me.
However, the buyer reported an issue to eBay support, stating the following reason: item not delivered.
Yet that is not the case.
So I would like to know how to proceed, and I understand that he wants to be refunded just as I refuse to have my funds blocked for an invalid reason.
