Following a question to the seller 'madoucefrance' I received a reply that was downright obscene and, worse for eBay, denigrating online purchases...
Admittedly this person has good ratings, but I felt I had to let you know about this kind of exchange for the image of your site ...

It’s the customer service team you need to report this to: mentioning a username on this forum between users is prohibited.
