Seller on vacation
I just sold an item that I have to ship by September 5 at the latest.
However, I'm on vacation and won't be able to send it until the 7th.
I contacted the buyer to let them know.
How can I make sure eBay doesn't cancel my sale?

You approve the shipment on the 5th and you send it on the 7th.
The best thing, all the same, when you're away, is to put your account in vacation mode (or extend the shipping deadline if the absence is short), because then you won't avoid a defect on your account for late delivery...
