Hello, I sent stamps on December 12, 2024, but on February 16, 2025 the buyer opens a dispute with EBAY without contacting me, because they claim not to have received their purchase. The buyer asked me to send their shipment by regular letter. I cannot prove that I did send their purchase and EBAY is blocking the money paid. What happens next?
