Seller eur: the item sold arrived broken to the buyer
Summary: delicatessence sold a dish that arrived broken to the buyer, but the buyer reported a problem with an item not delivered on eBay. delicatessence wants to know how to proceed to avoid having their funds blocked. lingma85 suggests refunding the buyer even if the reported reason seems incorrect, since it will lead to the same result.
I sold a piece of uranium glass. The item arrived broken to the buyer, as evidenced by the message he sent me.
Nevertheless, the buyer reported a problem to eBay services, stating the following reason: item not delivered.
However, that is not the case.
So I would like to know how to proceed and I understand that he wants to be refunded just as I refuse to have my funds blocked because of an invalid reason.
Thank you for enlightening me on the procedure to follow.
Kind regards,

Mentor2 years agoHello @delicatessence
Whether it's for an item not delivered or broken....
- you are entitled to give them a refund for the transaction...
No matter how you look at the reasons for their complaint... you'll always get the same result..
You can preempt it, if they haven't opened a dispute-----> Refund buyers | eBay
Best regards
