How is it that I have a Mondial Relais tracking number for a package that is still stuck waiting to be prepared by the sender?item purchased on 10/12 from Yves-Brocante (who never replies to messages), supposedly sent on 13/12 and still stuck with the sender this Wednesday 18/12? Are there ghost sellers on EBay who waste our time and make us miss other opportunities?
