hello, on May 6 I bought a watch for 200 euros, I paid immediately, for 7 days I've been trying to contact the seller to ask where things stand with the shipment .... no reply to 4 messages, so I decide to ask for the cancellation to see if he reacts and for the last 3 days still nothing ?? eBay says "We will check whether the seller can still cancel the order and we will contact you afterwards. The seller will confirm the cancellation within 3 days. His response will be shown in the Messages section" and now it's the 4th day and nothing ???? can someone explain to me what's going to happen ? thanks

OP1 year agohello, well after 6 days with no news I decided to ask for cancellation instead of clicking on "I haven't received the item" to see if this seller would react, but nothing.....and then eBay tells me (we will check whether the seller can cancel the order and get back to you afterward, the seller will confirm the cancellation within 3 days, their reply will be shown in the messages section) but it's been 4 days now and nothing from either eBay or this ghost seller????

If needed, contact customer service starting tomorrow: the contact link (callback request) is located right at the bottom of the help page.
