I’m in a bit of a tricky situation...
I sent a message to the seller from whom I bought two items. He isn’t responding, has never replied to my follow-ups, and still hasn’t sent the package.
I’ve requested a refund. If the seller still doesn’t respond, how can I get my money back?...

When you’re waiting for a parcel and it doesn’t arrive... it’s not a refund request you need to make... but rather follow the instructions in this link-----------> Get help for an item that hasn’t arrived | eBay
If your refund request was made by private message without going through eBay, do what’s indicated in the link above...
If you’ve already “officially” requested the refund through eBay, the best thing would be to contact Customer Service here-----> eBay Customer Service so they can redirect your request.
Preferably do this during office hours and ask to be called back.
