Seller is showing no signs of life...
Hello, I bought an item on eBay, the order was charged, no sign of the seller, doesn’t even respond to messages via eBay messaging. On the other hand, when it comes to canceling the order, the seller refuses..
Do you think the sale will be canceled by eBay and the refund will also be made?

No, eBay will not cancel the sale.

OP3 weeks agoI already requested a cancellation, the seller refused according to the email I received, it's a hand-delivery item to be notified and by mistake I hadn't seen that option, so I canceled for that reason, I still sent the seller all the necessary details, even specified that I would cover the shipping costs, but no response from the seller or hand-delivery address.
So can you sell an item, pocket the money, and not hand over the order with no action from eBay?
