Seller no longer responds after the order
Hello,
I placed an order on May 28.
Since then, the seller no longer responds. What should I do?
I paid with my credit card. Does the seller receive the money right away, or is the payout contingent on the buyer receiving the item?
If I cancel my order because I didn't receive the item, will I be refunded by eBay?

You can open a dispute as soon as the delivery deadline has passed:

The refund shouldn’t be a problem if you stick to the deadlines.

OP4 months agoWhen I placed the order, I received an email from e-bay telling me:
Expected pickup date:
Tue. 02 June - Fri. 05 June
So the deadline is Friday, June 5?
NB- I have no tracking information because the seller has not dropped off the item.

You’ll be able to follow the non-received item dispute procedure starting Saturday the 6th ..
