hello I am a seller, I have a question about the payment for sending a parcel by Mondial Relay, if a customer buys the product, to send the parcel, the seller has to buy the shipping label for 5 euros to send the Mondial Relay parcel, but if the customer does not pick up the parcel at the relay point when it arrives, the parcel is returned to the seller, the purchase is cancelled, does the seller lose the 5 euros for the Mondial Relay shipping fee or will eBay reimburse this money to the seller? thank you for your reply, regards
