Professional seller but listings as an individual
Hello everyone,
I have been registered as a professional seller for over 6 months (account upgrade from personal to pro), but when I look at my equipment sale listings, I am shown as a private seller, which can scare off some buyers.
Do you have any idea what the problem is?

Contact Customer Service directly here----------> eBay Customer Service and ask to be called back by going through "contact us" at the bottom of the page on the link... Do this during office hours preferably.
Here no one has the tools to dig into your account and see what is going on....
