Seller [Username]: product shipped from China instead of Ireland
I ordered a watch from the seller [Pseudo] who stated it would ship from Ireland. However, I received a package from China, with a questionable product. I returned the item, but I find this practice misleading and dishonest.
What recourse do I have? Can I hope for a full refund or report this seller as a scammer to eBay?

The practice is allowed by eBay, but the country where the item is located should be mentioned.

If your return was made according to the procedure, you will be refunded when the seller has recovered the item, otherwise contact customer service.
