Hello, I have a problem with a seller, he sold me an item that was not as described, I explained it to him, and he says he doesn't want to refund me. BUT he accepts the return, without sending me a return label, which means I can't open a dispute, can't ask eBay for help, and can't send the item back either. I have already reported this seller to eBay twice, asking them to contact me, but so far no response. What's more, I find it incredible that this way of blocking any recourse exists, I don't know if it has already been reported. Do you have a solution?
