Seller who doesn't respond
Hello,
I bought an item that I never received, and the seller never replied to me. So I filed a report that I unfortunately closed in an attempt to get a refund. Result: I can no longer do anything to request the item and I can't find any way to contact Ebay to get my refund, since the seller still isn't responding.. Could someone please point me in the right direction on the steps to follow?
