Seller out of stock – cancellation refused – how to contact eBay?
Summary: girmont-23 explains that they bought a Google Pixel 6 Pro on eBay and, after the purchase, the seller asked to cancel the order because the item was no longer available. However, the cancellation was refused by eBay because the deadline had passed, and the seller is no longer responsive. girmont-23 is looking for advice on how to contact eBay customer service directly to get a refund.
Hello,
I bought a Google Pixel 6 Pro on eBay. Soon after the purchase, the seller sent me a message via eBay messages to let me know that the item was no longer available, and asked me to cancel the order.
I accepted their request, but there was no “item unavailable” option. So I chose another option, since I had no choice.
Today, eBay sent me an email saying that my cancellation request is denied because the deadline has passed and that I should wait for delivery.
The problem is that the seller confirmed to me that they no longer had the item, and they are no longer responding to my last three messages.
How can I contact eBay customer support directly to get my refund?
Thanks in advance for your help.
