I bought 3 lots of antique jewelry from a dishonest seller who never sent them to me and, even worse, kept them at his house. Ebay doesn't want to refund me because the sneaky seller provided the same tracking number for the combined purchase. I only received half of it, and he's putting the rest back up for sale right now! How can I report this thief seller? Thanks
