Hello, I just sold a perfume to someone who recently signed up on EBAY. Having already had a negative experience with a 0 profile (the person did not acknowledge the transaction and was refunded, so they got a free perfume!!!, I had still received the payment), I’m apprehensive about this type of buyer. What protection do I have as a seller?
