Hello, following the sale, I know that my item arrived safely at the buyer’s home. However, the buyer never told me that the item had been delivered to them!!?? What can you do??

"the buyer never told me that the item had been delivered to their place" = they are under no obligation to do so, and besides, nothing on the site allows them to confirm delivery; it happens automatically based on the tracking number.
So all you can do is wait...
