It's the first time I've sold on Ebay.
I have an issue: the buyer paid the shipping fees, but when you click to get the label, it's actually just an invoice. It seems I also have to pay shipping fees to send it?

It's up to the seller to buy the shipping label (and thus to cover the shipping costs upfront).
At the end of the eBay sale, eBay pays out the total = item + shipping - commission fees.
