Sale canceled???
Summary: mia3945 won an auction and paid immediately, then won a second auction from the same seller. The seller agreed to reduce the shipping costs for combined shipping but then canceled the second sale for being out of stock, even though they immediately relisted the item. koalagris explained that although the practice is discourteous, it is not prohibited under the site's terms of use.
Hello, I won 1 auction that I paid for right away. Right after that, I saw that this seller was selling another item that interested me. I bid and won the auction. I asked him to make me an invoice to reduce the shipping costs ( 2 purchases for 1 single package ) He tells me that he's OK but that there is a mistake. The console does not include a controller as described in the listing. He offers me a deal that I accept. Then today, I see that he canceled the sale for item out of stock or damaged... Yet, he put it back up for sale right away!!! is this normal??

It's a bit improper but not forbidden: the site allows both buyers and sellers to cancel an order (see the Terms of Use)...
