Sale canceled under false pretenses.
An eBay seller [Pseudo] is selling a piece of clothing. I buy it and make the payment on July 23, 2023. The seller cancels the sale on the 24th, saying that he had listed this item on another site and was waiting for payment.
If he had sold it, he should have removed his listing on eBay and not taken the money.
In addition, he stated that his sale was canceled for the reason of "out of stock or item damaged," which is clearly not the case.

Have you been refunded ? That's the most important thing.
As for the rest, the seller can do that, it's not nice but know that he'll have selling fees + a blemish on his account.
He must have found a buyer at a more competitive price.
Forget it and look elsewhere.
