Sale of a brand new iPod in its packaging
I sold a brand new iPod Shuffle 4, still in its original packaging from 2008, for €49. The buyer opened the packaging and is asking for a return because he says the loaded music doesn’t make any sound.. What recourse do I have, the item is brand new.. it has lost all its value now that the buyer opened it

No recourse, you are responsible for the proper functioning of the item, reread the terms of the eBay customer guarantee:
