During a sale, I can't manage to pay to get the shipping slip; I'm being asked to change the buyer's pickup point

Since the delivery platform does not seem able to accept your buyer's relay point... ask them if this relay point is still in operation...

If so---->

- go directly to your relay point, fill out the shipping form there, pay and send it...

or

- link your eBay account to Mondial Relay, and give the shipping details directly online...

You will probably have fewer problems than with the eBay delivery platform..
