You can sell anything that isn't prohibited...
Prohibited or restricted items | eBay
BUT...
- it is very IMPORTANT to describe any defects, imperfections, replacements of any parts of the item being sold.
It's a matter of honesty toward a buyer who can't see, touch, or test it before buying.
