Hello everyone,
To ship an item via a delivery service, I also have to provide a mobile phone number. Without this number, I can’t finalize or print the shipping label. So I’ve called the buyer’s mobile number listed on eBay several times. According to the voicemail, this number does not exist. I finally sent the buyer a message asking them to give me their correct mobile phone number. But the buyer isn’t replying to my message. What can I do?

Enter YOUR phone number: you will pass on the pickup/availability details to the buyer via eBay messaging; there is no other solution.
FYI: since you’re registered in Germany, you are under neither eBay France nor its forum, but under ebay.de, so please deal directly with them for your future requests...
