SALE MARKED FOR IN-PERSON PICKUP EVEN THOUGH THE BUYER PAID FOR DELIVERY
Hello, my sale is finalized and it appears for me as well as for the buyer as local pickup (an option offered in my settings as 2 delivery partners with shipping fees). However, the buyer paid shipping fees... shouldn’t I have a shipping label to print?
How can I modify this delivery then or contact eBay so they can take over the sale?

Print your voucher on Shop2soph and send it to your buyer > give them the tracking number and note the tracking number in the sale

"shouldn't I have a delivery note to print?" = no, on eBay the seller has to advance the shipping costs, and therefore take care of buying the shipping label themselves.
At the end of the sale the site will transfer the total: item+shipping-fees.
"it shows up on my end as on the buyer's end as in-person pickup" = if the buyer had made that choice they would not have been able to pay the shipping, since hand-delivery is presented as free in the listing...
