Hello everyone, the buyer (Italian), and I, French, am being told that the parcel was returned to me because he didn’t pick it up ... if I get the parcel back, I don’t mind refunding him, but what about the shipping costs? It cost me more than €30 with insurance to send it to Italy... I looked into it and there doesn’t seem to be any way to refund partially... could you please tell me what I can do to refund him for the item only and not the shipping costs?Thanks in advance for your help
