Sale, hand-delivery, silent buyer

I received a pending payment on June 11 for a sale that will be confirmed once the hand delivery is completed with a QR scan.
I sent a message to the buyer to arrange the hand delivery, no response despite a follow-up.
Their account was created the same day as the purchase, with no other information than the username.

I find this odd, and since I haven't received a response I would rather cancel the sale. Will this affect my sales satisfaction rate?
