Please specify exactly what is blocking you when you try to buy the shipping label (whether via ebay or directly on mondial relay).

I am a seller and not a buyer, no voucher is generated following the purchase of my item, after contacting the buyer who paid the shipping costs, we could not find a solution

you say: "no label is generated after the purchase of my item".

When you make a sale, no postage slip is generated automatically.

It’s up to you to buy it either by using the site’s shipping platform, or directly from the carrier (which is preferable).
