sales not found in my eBay
Hello,
No matter how hard I look, I can't find all of my sales... I go to the dashboard (seller hub), I click on successful sales, I choose "all statuses". Only 15 items are displayed, so not all of my sales!!! I'm missing (from memory) at least 5 listings: a down jacket, a motorcycle jacket, two shirts, and a Barbie lot...
What should I do.
Thanks

OP2 years agoThank you, but I can't find the history. I came back to eBay recently. My first "new" sale dates from January 30, 2024.
Best regards

OP2 years agoThanks again. But I must be hopeless because I can’t find it.
When I open the seller hub I’m faced with 13 large squares + 1 that I can create to reorganize the whole page. Each of the 13 “squares” has a title:
Tasks . ads. Orders.
Sales. promotional offers. Traffic.
Seller status. Ebay academy. Ratings.
Shortcuts. Selling tools. Seller news
Monthly limits. and the square offering customization.
The only one I can expand/collapse is the “orders” one. I go there, I expand it but I can’t find “All my sales / Sold orders / Drop-down menu, scroll down”.
I’m not going to waste your time... I’ll call eBay tomorrow.
Good evening. Christophe

·2 years agoHello,
in the history you have sales from more than 2 years ago + the current year.
Uncheck the " hidden sales " box.
Regards.
