I did not send the DIGITAL KARAOKE MIXER REMIX632 MAD BOY to the buyer since the buyer did not pay me the 166.50€ for the item, given that he canceled his order for this item. If you want to dispute a charge... you need to tell your bank so they can block it.
However... the reason has to be genuine to avoid problems later... check with your banker to see whether the reason will be accepted.
