PURCHASED GLASSES DELIVERED BROKEN
hello I ordered glasses and 3 out of the 6 arrived broken.
can someone help me with my process?
I warned the seller, who told me he had written to Chronopost, but I haven't heard anything since.

When making a return request, the seller may be able to offer you a partial refund.
No matter what chronopost replies to him, because he's the only one responsible for his packaging ..

Mentor1 year agoA seller cannot refuse a return for non-compliance.

Mentor1 year agoIf the seller refused, it's because you didn't choose the right reason.
You need to make a return request for an item not as described by following this procedure:
