I am the seller concerned by the following transaction:

The payment was made by the buyer via scheduled payment, but despite the fact that the first (and only) installment of €71.27 was debited from the buyer, I still have not received the funds in my bank account, and this has been the case for over a year.
Please check this transaction and transfer the funds due as soon as possible, or let me know the steps needed to resolve this problem.

1) - you are not in contact with eBay staff ...
- here, this is a forum used by eBayers like you...
2) - it is forbidden to post your personal contact details on the forum... and even more so banking details.
3) - you say you've been waiting for a payment for 1 year... while indicating that Form date: January 30, 2026..
- today is January 31, 2026... =... errors in the dates..?
4) - this fund transfer problem concerns Customer Service here------> eBay Customer Service
Preferably contact them during office hours and ask to be called back.

waiting 1 year before reacting has completely ruined any positive outcome your issue could have had, if you had launched an SOS sooner..
