I have a red banner at the top of the payment page that says payout blocked, please update the account information, so I can't withdraw my money. When I call customer service they tell me there's no problem with my account and that they'll pass the information on to the relevant department and I'll have a response within 48 hours, except I never get a response despite the fact that I call them every day. They keep telling me the same thing. WHO HAS ALREADY HAD THIS PROBLEM AND COULD HELP ME THANK YOU
