The delivery time shown in the listing takes shipping time into account.
For this item, if ordered today: " Delivery time : Estimated between Tue, Mar 5 and Mon, Mar 18 at 62176"
so on the 13th it said: between 3 and 15/03...
= why place an order if it's too late for you?

You don't say whether you have paid.
If that is the case, go to "help" and type "cancel order".

Check the end of the page at this link---> Cancel an order as a buyer | eBay but above all do what it says there while respecting the deadlines.
