Hello, I bought 2 racks that the seller was selling separately. Message sent to the seller .... received my 1 assembled and in good condition, but 1 disassembled and 3 broken pieces, yet paid for 2 assembled racks ?? like in your photos in your listing, moreover you have another assembled rack without its box !!! why receive 1 disassembled rack in its box ??? very disappointed would like to have your other assembled rack without its box !!! waiting to hear from you because my 2nd rack is unusable for me !!! Thank you

Contact your seller for one of these solutions-->
- request compensation/refund for the damage ----> Refund buyers | eBay
- send it back to be fully refunded----> Return an item to get a refund | eBay
Try to talk things through calmly and find the right solution with your seller...
Check the deadlines allowed for each solution and make sure they are respected...
Send the links to your seller if they don't know what to do...
