I ordered a vinyl record but the seller isn't responding to any of my messages. I don't think that's right.
If I don't receive my order, how do I cancel my order? I already asked but the seller didn't accept it, so it was refused because of the 3-day deadline.

You’ll need to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed before opening a dispute for an item not received
