Hello, I’d like to know why it says on my account that I have €15, but I don’t have them either on my EBAY account or on my PayPal account. I trusted the buyer, but in the end I received nothing in return. Please help me file a complaint against him or even just make him actually pay, knowing that he already has the item in question
