Coordinated bank theft
Someone is using my credit card details to buy on eBay.
How can I receive a notification to reject the payment.
I reported it to the bank.
And how can I find the person using my bank details.

"how to find the person using my bank details" = that's not up to you.
==> Filing a complaint: it will be up to law enforcement to make the necessary requests to obtain information about the person responsible.
