On December 22, PayPal wrote to me Your PayPal claim [Reference]: you are receiving a total credit of €135.00 EUR but ten days later, no refund appears in either my PayPal account OR my bank account, because the dishonest seller from the very start obviously did not refund it. That was to be expected from a seller who lies to squeeze money out of people (product not conforming to the one purchased in terms of patterns and colors). The product had been sent back to ebay venise as requested by PayPal. So now the “honest” seller has pocketed the money and got the product back via ebay venise and is playing dead. What can I do PLEASE? I WANTED TO DOWNLOAD THE DOCUMENT SENT BY PAYPAL BUT EBAY GAVE ME “PERMISSION DENIED”; EVERYTHING IS DONE TO PREVENT THE CUSTOMER FROM “SPEAKING UP” AFTER BEING ROBBED BY A DISHONEST SELLER. NO WONDER EBAY’S SCORE!!!! ON TRUSTPILOT (ONE AND A HALF STAR). THERE TOO “PERMISSION DENIED”. Silence ! .....
