Hello, I'm new to Ebay and thank you in advance for your advice. I sold an item but the buyer sent it back to me. When I try to issue the refund, I get the following message: You can't issue a refund at the moment because a return request is in progress for this order. Yet I did receive the item back on Tuesday. What should I do? Thanks and have a nice Sunday.
